Description:
This CMT CHROME saw blade is designed for efficient longitudinal and transverse cuts in various types of wood and panel materials.
The chrome-plated surface reduces adhesive and resin residue build-up, extending the life of the blade and ensuring consistent cut quality. The alternately inclined teeth made of extra-hard carbide allow clean and precise cuts.
Damping grooves filled with orange polyurethane minimize vibration and noise during cutting.
Advantages of alternating oblique teeth (ATB/WZ) with positive face angle (5°):
- Clean cuts: efficient chip evacuation and minimised material removal.
- Versatile: Suitable for longitudinal and transverse cuts in various materials.
- Reduced resistance: the positive tooth face angle ensures a smoother passage of the disc through the material.
Recommendations for use:
For optimum results, we recommend using the blade on circular table saws, mitre saws and jig saws. When cutting, it is advisable to set the blade so that it only overhangs the material by the height of the tooth, which minimises wear and ensures a clean cut.
Suitable for:
- Circular table saws
- Mitre saws
- Formatting saws
