JB WELD | RadiatorWeld™ radiator repair kit

J-B Weld RadiatorWeld Radiator Repair Kit is a product intended for permanent or temporary repairs of radiators made of metal and other materials.
RadiatorWeld repairs cracks 100mm or smaller and holes up to 6mm in diameter.
Once cured, it is resistant to chemicals and can withstand temperatures up to 120 °C.
This kit is not recommended for polyethylene or polypropylene repairs.
RadiatorWeld is particularly suitable for the repair of radiators, washing fluid and water tanks or other storage and transport tanks.

  Step 1: Prepare the surface
  Clean the surface of dirt, grease, oil, paint or loose dirt.
  For best results, use a cleaner or degreaser to clean the surface
  and then roughen it with a file or coarse sandpaper to ensure the best adhesion.
  
  Step 2: Mix
  Squeeze one side of the bag until the inner seam breaks.
  Thoroughly join Part A and Part B by kneading the joined material for 1 minute.
  
  Step 3: Apply
  Cut open the bag and use the included applicator to apply half of the epoxy resin to the damaged area.
  Cut the fiberglass and place it on the first layer of epoxy.
  Use the remaining epoxy as needed to cover the fabric and edges.
  
  Step 4: Dry
  You can manipulate the adhesive for 5 minutes.
  Full curing occurs after 4 hours.
  It all depends on the shape of the joint, the type of material to be bonded, the ambient temperature and the layer of adhesive applied.
  Do not move the glued object or pressurize the container before 6 hours have elapsed after sealing.
  
  
  Safety instructions and warnings :
  
  May irritate eyes and skin. May cause an allergic skin reaction. The product may be harmful if ingested.
  The product contains epoxies and resins. Use only in well-ventilated areas, do not breathe fumes.
  Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection.
  
  FIRST AID KIT :
  
  If swallowed, rinse mouth, do not induce vomiting, call poison control center or physician immediately.
  If skin or eyes are affected, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes.
  If inhaled, move the person to fresh air.
  Seek medical attention if eye, skin or throat irritation persists.
  Store out of reach of children and persons without knowledge of the safety instructions for use of the product.
  Do not store the product in unmarked, non-original containers where it could be confused with another product.
