Application of ClearWeld™ epoxy adhesive.
Surface preparation.
Clean the surface of dirt, grease, oil, paint or loose particles. For best results, use a cleaner or degreaser.
Roughen the glued surface with sandpaper to ensure the best adhesion of the glue. This step is important for two-part adhesives, which require a clean and roughened surface for maximum adhesion.
Mixing
Press the plunger and squeeze both adhesive components evenly onto the disposable surface. The correct mixing ratio of 1:1 is ensured by the ergonomic design of the injector.
Mix thoroughly with a disposable spatula until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. This mixing is key to achieving high bond strength.
Application
Apply the mixed epoxy adhesive with a suitable tool - ideally in an even layer. Make sure that the adhesive evenly covers the entire surface of the glued area.
Shape and adjust as needed. The multi-purpose use of this adhesive allows its application on glass, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, stone, plastic, PVC, wood, concrete and most metals.

The adhesive takes only 5 minutes to cure. During this time, it is important not to move the bonded object to avoid disturbing the joint.
Full cure occurs after 1 hour with a tensile strength of 3900 PSI (26.9 MPa or 274 Kg/cm²), ensuring a strong and permanent bond.
If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the drying and curing time is prolonged. ClearWeld™ two-part epoxy adhesive is designed to provide reliable performance in a variety of temperature conditions.
By following this procedure, you will ensure optimal results when using ClearWeld™ epoxy adhesive.
