The EVLC Jig combines simplicity and ingenuity for easy operation and easy hole making for the Lamello Cabineo fastening system. The tool is designed for precise and productive manual joining of furniture parts using a drill or an electric screwdriver. The EVLC is equipped with precision holes for pre-drilling holes in the bottom, soil and sides of the hull. With the EVLC, you not only make a hole for the clutch bolt, but also drill three holes for the clutch itself Lamello Cabineo. With the EVLC jig you achieve high precision and productivity almost like on a CNC machine. The template is designed for use with a drilling spindle, into which you can clamp the necessary drill bits with diameters from 5mm and 15mm.

Working with the product is very fast intuitive. Set the drilling depth on the drill spindle and clamp it to your drill. Place the product on the board to be joined, rest it on the stops and clamp it with a clamp or just hold it firmly. Thanks to the pin drill with guide tip and pre-cuts, you can drill holes easily, precisely and without burrs on the edge of the hole.

After drilling holes in the plates to be joined, push the Lamello Cabineo coupling into the drilled hole. Then screw the clutch bolt into the second piece with an Allen key and tighten it firmly. It is an easy, quick and extremely strong connection of furniture parts.
