Lamello"Clamex S" formerly known as the Clamex S-28 is the only demountable joint from Lamello that you can make with any milling machine. all you need is an 8mm wide tool.

Do you need to produce an aesthetic construction or a demountable joint? Simply mill an 8mm wide groove and use two screws to fasten. The easiest connection if you need to connect something and don't mind a 6mm diameter control hole. Cover caps are also available in 45° angles in basic RAL shades.

Joining can be done from an angle of 30° or if the thickness of the material allows. Another indisputable advantage is the preservation of the properties of the original wooden slat, which means that axial movement is possible, so called doling, but it does not allow torsional movement of the connected parts thanks to the fixing pins.

Another indisputable advantage of these joints in general is the possibility of transporting manufactured parts in plates because nothing protrudes to the surface and the possibility of damage is reduced and more products can be transported at once.

The joints are usable in particleboard as well as in solid wood, of course.
