Milescraft | JointMaster - pinning device
Code: M1384Related products
Wooden furniture pins (dowels) are a small but important part of furniture production. All products are firmly connected with this simple pin. Connecting pins are usually made of beech for their strength and resistance to mechanical stress. Choose from many diameters and lengths to best suit your needs in a small 100 piece pack.

Plate milling cutter without countersink, for milling grooves from 1.5 - 6 mm wide. The drift shank can be freely combined to create a groove according to your own requirements.
Use type 3 (without copy bearing) 4B (with copy bearing).
Special blade geometry for laminate and chipboard machining. The design of the F047-123 gives a cutting depth of 40 mm even when using a 29.5x9x1.5 mm blade if you are milling multiple passes through the material. Excellent use for cutting, shaping and grooving laminate or kitchen worktops using the top router and templates. Can be used for manual milling or on CNC machining centres.
With the extra-long half-groove cutter (19 mm), you can even restore the grooves of old window frames for the insertion of insulated glass.
Milling machine designed for precise face milling and copying according to the template underneath. With a traditional brazed cutter, the cutting diameter is reduced against the bearing during sharpening and this causes a tooth to form. The razor cutter eliminates this phenomenon with precisely aligned exchangeable razor blades that can also be rotated. For milling Corian, it is possible to purchase a straight or tapered bearing with a plastic ring to ensure precise guidance through the material.
Ideal tool for engraving and lettering. If you find the razor dull or worn, simply flip it over and use another of the sharp blades. The locking screw safely secures the razor blade and thus ensures precision work.
- Replaceable razor blades made of micro-grain carbide.
- The razor blades can be rotated by 90° for a total of 4 cutting edges.
- The razor blades are fixed with special Torx screws.
- Cutter body made of high-quality steel.
The cutter is equipped with two double-edged razor blades for rounding the edges. The radius is ground on all 4 sides of the razor for maximum tool efficiency. The cutter is fitted with a razor blade with a radius of R3mm or R2mm, which is mainly used on ABS edges. It is also possible to buy a radius R1mm and R1,5 mm, which can be used to cut the edge when gluing umakarte, veneer or laminate on boards. For use on manual top milling machines.
Designed for trimming and edging.
Type F042 is equipped with a copy bearing. Designed for manual milling.
The cutter is designed for trimming and chamfering edges.
Type F046 is without bearing. Designed for manual milling and also for machine milling on CNC centres.
Semi-slotted cutter sets allow you to make an unlimited number of cuts by setting different cutting heights on your cutter and changing the bearings on the cutter included in the set.
Slotting shank cutter with one drilling razor blade and one cutting razor blade. It has excellent drilling properties in hardwood and board materials (laminate, chipboard, MDF and Corian). The 20 mm diameter shank is designed for safe clamping in CNC machining centres at high feed rates. Can also be used for manual milling.
The milling cutter is equipped with a drilling razor blade, which makes it easier to drill into the material.
- Clean, perfect cuts in boards or drawer fronts
- For edge beveling
- For milling lettering
Product detailed description
Milescraft JOINTMASTER™ is made of metal, which gives it the necessary rigidity and prevents bending or deformation during joining of the boards, thus guaranteeing stronger and more consistent joints. With its impressive design and reliability, this is one of the most important tools every woodworker should have in their workshop.
Milescraft JOINTMASTER™ comes with three drill blocks and is capable of making joints using the most common pin sizes - 6, 8 and 10 mm.
Each hardened steel block is adjustable for material thickness from 12.7 mm to 38 mm. Built-in gauges help with centering and pin placement.
Built-in edge stops make it easy to eliminate alignment problems. Simply align them, tighten them, and lean the material against them so that the holes for the pins on both boards are in the same position to form a tight joint.
the 5 biggest advantages of the product:
1. Versatile: JOINTMASTER™ can be used for joining in corners or flat.
2. Compact and robust: The metal construction ensures that the jig will not bend or deform when joining boards.
3. Accurate: Built-in scales and central markers ensure accurate results.
4. Easy handling: the integrated clamp eliminates the need for additional clamps.
5. Versatile: Three drilling blocks 6,8,10 mm for the most common pin sizes.
