CMT cutters have long-lasting HM blades, are precision sharpened, and are suitable for milling softwood, hardwood, glulam, DTD, laminate, MDF and Corian. Also suitable for CNC machining.

The sharpening of the cutter face allows deep drilling operations.

With the extra-long half-groove cutter (19 mm), you can even restore the grooves of old window frames for the insertion of insulated glass.

The design of the F047-123 gives a cutting depth of 40 mm even when using a 29.5x9x1.5 mm blade if you are milling multiple passes through the material. Excellent use for cutting, shaping and grooving laminate or kitchen worktops using the top router and templates. Can be used for manual milling or on CNC machining centres.

Plate milling cutter without countersink, for milling grooves from 1.5 - 6 mm wide. The drift shank can be freely combined to create a groove according to your own requirements.
