Carpenter's pencil - Pica Dry is again a little better.
We've improved: new "Power Lock" mechanism holds the pencil with three times more force, the umbrella-shaped cap better protects the pencil against water leakage.
The most versatile capabilities with optional special coloured inks for light or dark surfaces or water-soluble and water-resistant inks.Combined with the coloured waterproof rigid, it is ideal for tiling and wet cutting.
Use:
- Carpenter's pencil and assembly work (special hardness "H" for wood, not suitable for laminated surfaces, for which we recommend hardness 2B).
- Multi-functional use: whether you're a carpenter, drywaller, flooring contractor, plumber, tiler, electrician or DIYer, the Pica Dry pencil is designed to suit a wide range of professions and needs.
- Waterproof wet cut ink: ideal for tile setters and wet work. The Pica Dry pencil allows marking on wet surfaces without smudging.
- All other construction professions.

Important note: Always fill from the rear.
Remove from shiny surfaces with a damp cloth.
Adding new ink.
To protect the mechanism in the marker and increase its lifetime, we recommend always filling the refills from the back side. Then press the cap firmly.
Cleaning the pencil mechanism.
If the drive is no longer damaged, the following can be done:
- Remove the filling.
- Dip the tip of the pencil (metal tube) into the hot water.
- Activate the mechanism by wetting it several times.
- Blow and let dry.
