We have been operating our own repair service for electric and cordless tools since 2018, led by our colleague Vláďa Obermayer, an expert with over 20 years of experience.
He can repair almost any brand and non-brand electric and cordless tools, for example:

Unlike other repair services, we don’t depend exclusively on part replacement.. Our goal is actual tool repair. We specialize in repairs that others would handle with expensive part replacements – such as rotor turning and balancing.
We stock parts that are no longer manufactured (e.g., for Narex), including hundreds of brushes, bearings, switches, and other components from various brands. If the part is no longer available, we’ll try to find another solution so your tool is fully functional and ready for work again.
We also gladly sell spare parts directly at the store or ship them to your address.

How the repair process works
- You bring or send the tool to our store.
- Vláďa will call you and explain the problem and the proposed repair in detail.
- After agreeing on the budget, he will proceed with the repair.
- Typically, the repair is completed within one week.
- You can pick up the tool at the store or we will ship it back to your address.
